What to expect
The essentials, explained.
For advice specific to your body, health history or goals, start with a consultation.
What if I do not know where to start?+
Book a consultation. We will talk through your history, what you have already tried and what you want to change, then recommend a starting point — weight loss, contouring, skin, or a combination.
Do I need an appointment?+
Yes. Every service, including first consultations, is by appointment so your time in the clinic is protected. Book online or call (405) 205-4876.
Is weight-loss medication part of every program?+
No. GLP-1 medication may be included when it suits your goals and health profile. Medication is prescribed by our licensed medical provider after an individual assessment. Many clients progress with nutrition, habit and hormone support alone.
What is the difference between weight loss and body contouring?+
Weight loss changes the number on the scale. Contouring — laser lipo, fat freezing, EMSzero — changes the shape of specific areas. They work best planned together.
How many contouring sessions will I need?+
It depends on the technology and the area. Laser lipo gives the best results over 5–10 sessions, fat freezing usually needs 2–3 per area, and EMSzero is typically a series of 4–8.
Is there downtime?+
Most of our treatments have none. Fat freezing can leave redness or numbness for a few days, EMSzero can feel like a hard workout, and HIFU can leave mild tenderness. We explain what to expect before you book.
When will I see results?+
Some changes show within weeks — inches from a laser lipo series, for example. Fat freezing clears over 6–12 weeks, and HIFU collagen builds over about three months per session.
Do you offer treatment packages?+
Yes. Most treatments are priced as a series. We will walk through the package options at your consultation.
